*How do I shop a phone strap case?

You may select your phone model and country and add it to the cart. Then check the model again in the cart and pay.

 

 

*Do I have to sign up to purchase it? 

Non-members can also purchase it.

 

 

 

*What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit or credit cards ( American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and UnionPay) and PayPal.

 

 

*How can I use debit or credit card to check out?

It can be used via PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider).

Please choose PayPal as the checkout method and fill in the payment details after clickling "Pay"button.

 

 

*How can I make changes to my order?

Simply email us within 12 hours. Be sure to include your order number!

And also let us know the details, the phone model or name of the phone strap in email

It is possible when 'Preparing for shipping'. 

However, it is not possible to cancel when the delivery status is 'Shipping'.
